    Hi Helen, Lorna – this looks excellent – and particularly relevant for older people who make less use of social media http://goo.gl/yZGrsc I wonder if we could relate segmented use of stories and newsletters to the use of social network mapping, that Drew Mackie and I are doing in communities. As well as mapping assets, organisations, people and the connections between them, we are looking at challenges, opportunities and ideas. It should be possible to see who clusters around what, and tailor emailing accordingly. The other way around, I wonder if you could use interests.me take up and use to help build maps – as you can with social media. Glad to expand if interesting.
